The APLNow LLC websites and the software and any services accessible via those websites (“Content”) are subject to the following terms of use. APLNow LLC reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time without advance notice.

Statement of Privacy
• APLNow LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of website visitors and APLNow LLC customers as well as providing a safe and secure online experience. When necessary to identify a website visitor, APLNow LLC will request personal identification information, such as an e-mail address, name, address or telephone number. Information necessary for the proper operation of the website such as the computer hardware and software used by a website visitor is also automatically collected including IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.

Customer-only Content
APLNow LLC websites may also provide Customer-only Content for current subscribers to APLNow LLC services. Additional conditions may apply to consumers of the Customer-only Content, including those conditions which may be part of an APLNow LLC software license or services agreement. Access to the Content of this website is via a pre-established customer account authorized by APLNow LLC and an APLNow LLC-provided customer credential. The APLNow LLC customer:
• Is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the customer credential;
• Agrees to notify APLNow LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of the customer account or any other breach of security;
• May not request compensation from APLNow LLC for any loss which a customer may incur as a result of unauthorized use of that customer account due to the customer’s actions or lack thereof;
• May be liable for losses incurred by APLNow LLC as a result of unauthorized use of a customer account due to the customer’s actions or lack thereof; and
• Will not share the customer account with any other person without the permission of APLNow LLC.

Cookies
HTTP 'cookies' are used to maintain security and present application content and application features while using the APL2000 Learning Center. Setting the user's browser to reject 'cookies' will result in decreased functionality of the APL2000 Learning Center application.


Session Limits
In some cases a user of an APLNow LLC website or Content may be subject to an application system session limit. An application system session begins when the web browser establishes a connection to the APLNow LLC web server and ends when that connection is terminated. A connection is voluntarily terminated by the user by closing the browser or involuntarily terminated when an APLNow LLC-determined user inactivity time period has expired. This time-out may be adjusted from time-to-time by APLNow LLC to improve the performance and availability of the website or Content. Visitors to an APLNow LLC website must be aware of the possibility of such a session termination.
